It is applicable in all types of mineral oil cleaning such as hydraulic oil, lubrication oil, turbine oil, transmission oil, thermal oil, gear oil etc. in various industries.
Unlike the traditional method using filtration, this equipment uses electrostatic technology to extract all sizes of insoluble contaminants from the oil. The extraction of particle can be as small as 0.01 micron. This effectively removes fine particle / soft contaminant / varnish from oil, which cannot be removed by any fine filter. With this, it is able to solve most mechanical problem developed from oil such as control valve jammed, pump high noise, bearing wear etc., mostly caused by varnish in oil.
Our equipment is also installed with dehydration cell which will help to remove moisture from oil, during cleaning in progress. With the continuous operation, our machine can clean oil to a condition that cleaner than new oil, which is NAS 4-5 standard.

Electrostatic Oil Cleaner, has proven to be most effective way in modern oil management. It is international widely use now. Despite the super cleaning ability, Cee Dee electrostatic oil cleaner does not remove additive from oil.
It is known that most of hydraulic machinery failure/troubles are mostly caused by hydraulic oil that contains contaminated substances (>85% of hydraulic machinery failure) by the past research. Water and contaminants (metal processing powder, friction powder, dust, fiber thrash and contaminated substances) reduces the original ability of oil, deteriorate lubricant film to lower the performance of machine also causing drop in oil viscosity. Also, contamination when adhered to parts surface it causes failure and also leads further to increase electric power consumption.
CDOC cleans the oil so effectively that it improves the performance of machine with oil related problem and provide indefinite oil life for hydraulic systems. CDOC retains clean hydraulic oil and maintains the oil better than new oil.
