Centrifugal Cleaner removes very fine dirt from Coolant/Lubricant up to 1µ & below by Centrifugal force created in centrifuge rotor. Conventional filters cannot remove such fine dirt. There is no consumable hence no recurring cost. Collected dirt can be easily cleaned & the unit put back to use again.
Substantial Savings on Cost of Filters, Tools / Dies & Oil Replacement
Used oil is pumped into the rotor by electric motor. Centrifugal force of 2000 gravity is created, causing the particles depositing on the inner wall of the rotor and form into dense cake of dirt (it is also known as sludge). Clean oil returns back to the oil tank. Dirt accumulated in the rotor is removed automatically by PLC control scraper provided in the rotor. Contamination collects in a tray below rotor and ready to be disposed.
